Yes, it is, indeed, purple hair (among other colors). After her first-round loss to Agnieszka Radwanska, Mattek-Sands revealed there are bits of purple, blue, orange and teal in there.
''I didn't want to cut my hair so I just did something different. I'm actually supposed to get it done here in Melbourne at a salon somewhere, so it will be a little bit brighter maybe by my doubles matches.
